I Heart Dogs also recommends the Rhodesian Ridgeback to prospective dog owners who don’t want to spend a lot of time (or money) on grooming. This breed of dog only needs a bath every few months. But I Heart Dogs reports that Rhodesian Ridgebacks also benefit from regular brushing, which can help remove loose hair and excess dirt. Luckily, though, these dogs stay pretty clean on their own, and “brushing” really only involves a quick swipe with a soft brush.
