The AKC also recommends that you consider the Doberman pinscher if you don’t have much time to groom your dog. These active and intelligent dogs would rather you spend your time exercising them than grooming them. They have very short coats. And even if they shed, Dobermans don’t need much more than weekly brushing to keep their coat looking great.
